Photographer failed to provide images as promised in writing. 200 pictures were promised, and only 19 full sized images delivered.I had a terrible experience with this photographer. She stood us up for our first session, resulting in time and monies lost in preparation and time taken off from work. I was not pleased with the product she delivered. After being told in writing that I would receive all of the photographs she took (listed as around 200 in the original description), she claimed that her photo sorting software messed up, and she did not have the full images. Without asking what an acceptable solution would be, she refunded only 1/3 of our photo fee ($300), and kept the full session fee ($200). I believe that she has been untruthful (I do not believe that she failed to make our first appointment, because she "got a new spam filter" as she claimed--she uses [redacted], and we had already exchanged a dozen e-mails). She is not professional if she advertises herself as a photographer and does not know her software. Nor do I believe that a problem with photo sorting would cause one to lose the full images of 200 photographs. She was also dishonest when she promised an 11x17 canvas as her apology for missing our first session, and only after asking her again for it, did she send a much smaller canvas. No integrity in business, and inferior product...from the 29 photos she was able to deliver, and 3 that were actually of acceptable quality. Desired SettlementI do not believe this person has good business ethics or professionalism. I do not expect to receive any retribution from her. Refund my full payment of $200 session fee + $100 for photographs, I have no product to show for our encounter. I just want to help others not make the same mistake with their important life events by having her photograph them.
