I ordered a pair of burgundy boots for my upcoming trip. Received WORN boots in beat up box with no tissue paper. Immediately called customer service. Now, since is their error you would think they could rush me another pair in time for my trip. But no. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN FROM THIS STORE! Now, I have to scramble to find some other boots for my trip.
I just called about ordering a jacket (order number 2324-11501-721 and 2349-11501-721) the customer rep if that is what you want to call her, Cynthia said the jacket was all sold out. I asked how could that be when there isn't an option to order it? The pin stripped jacket NEVER showed as an option in the selection box. NORMALLY, if an item is sold out; the website will tell you in which she agreed. She then asked me if I wanted to order another item. I told her if I wanted to order another item; I would have done so without calling her. I wanted to find out about THAT item. She could not answer the question, didn't care to research the answer and SHE ended the call!
I usually find what I want on the website and don't have to call; I had no idea how lazy JL reps were. Definitely makes me think twice about spending my money with a company that does not value my business.
I wish report the deceptive and unethical pricing and sales offered by JessicaLondon.com and its affiliates. On most of their items they normally show a regular price and then show sale price that is half off. Well that half price amount is actually their regular price and is shown all season long. They are now offering a 40% off Sale and all of sudden they are deceptively showing their "full price" and the customer is actually not getting a discount at all.
When I had contacted them previously about their deceptive pricing, their response is below. The customer rep said, "Also, check the offer carefully. Sometimes only specific colors or sizes are offered at the reduced prices." This is a vague and honestly not accurate answer. For instance, their current sale is a 40% sitewide Sale. All their items seem to be at a jacked up price.
One item I have been watching in particular is now listed as:
Leather Pants
$229.99 - $249.99 http://www.jessicalondon.com/clothing/Leather-Pants.aspx?PfId=262048&DeptId=...⇄ />
They try show you are getting a great deal at $129.99 - $149.99 with regular price as $229.99 - $249.99. The problem is that anyone monitors their site knows that the $129.99 - $149.99 price is posted there about all season long. This is one example but many of their others items are this way too.
Their ad says, "DON'T MISS THESE AMAZING SAVINGS! When honestly you are not saving s dime!
Its like they think their customers are complete stupid is and will not see what they have done!
