I purchased 2 gift certificates for full sessions and print release. I have it in writing that there was no expiration date. I went to message her and she doesn't respond to it, her phone goes straight to voicemail and she doesn't return your call, her website no longer works, and her Facebook site for Jessica Rhoad Photography doesn't say anything about no longer being in business or forewarning people to use or lose their gift certificates. I find this very unprofessional, under any circumstances.

Other (requires explanation) If she's no longer in business I would like my purchase price of the gift certificates to be reimbursed.
I've been in contact with the client. She talked to *** and told to disregard. I have proof of contact with the client and everything is resolved. I can send proof of contact if needed with images from both parties.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
She made contact with me and the issue has been resolved.
