Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Why would I choose pink if my wedding colors are fuschia, which is a dark pink and plumI know for a fact I chose the bright pink option from the drop down menuIn response to the jewelry after further review it is cheap looking and you can barely see the engraving on the two piecesThe company has terrible customer service, I would settle on paying for the shipping to have the tote bags replaced since they have no desire to make their customers happyAll that I am asking is to have the tote bags replaced with the color I know for a fact I choseThere must have been a glitch on their websites end, because again if my colors are fuschia and plum why would I choose a baby pink, that clearly makes no senseI want this issue resolved and the correct totes in the correct color that I chose Regards, [redacted]
