Jessica's Country Flowers

Review: Jessica offered to coordinate, style and provide flowers for my daughter's wedding as a "deserving couple" wedding. Our daughter is a special Ed teacher and her husband in the army ( at the time of the offer was deployed to Afghanistan). Jessica approached us and offered her services for free. She told us she would do that all for free and solicits other vendors to donate for the deserving couple also. Jessica asked for $1500 to cover her airfare to [redacted] to plan the wedding and again at the time of the wedding. We gave her $1000 to secure the date of the wedding with her for her airfare. Jessica had issues with other vendors at the venue our daughters wedding was scheduled at. After much discussion and emails back and forth Jessica agreed it would be better for her not to continue participating in our daughters wedding and agreed to give her money back in writing in an email. Jessica never provided services or incurred any travel expenses so she has no justification for keeping the money. So we went from her trying to help alleviate some of the financial burden of the "deserving couple" to stealing $1000. And we had to pay for a lot if things she promised to handle or have donated. Jessica Country Flowers is morally, ethically and financially corrupt. I tried to handle this with Jessica but after she said she would return our money she stopped returning my emails. I feel so scammed and would like her to return our money.

Return if the $1000 that Jessica stated she would return due to a mutual decision that it was best for her not to coordinate the wedding as she stated in writing that she would. The wedding was May 3, 2013.
