this is [redacted] with Jessie's auto inspectionsor answer to this complaint is as suchthe customer is correctly stating she originally came in for a catalytic convertor and there was multiple things wrong with the vehiclewhen dealing with a catalytic convertor repair, it is best to check all the sensors front and rear and make sure they are in working orderif they are not they could cause a miscommunication with the vehicles computer to make the vehicle think and act like its catalytic convertor is badthere are several code that can inner twine with one another and when this vehicle came in it had a long list of code, we tried our best to solve all the problems correctly and in the most inexpensive mannerbut due to knew management all employees are new at Jessie's auto inspections except of course the ownerthere was some discrepancies on the quote made for her final bill and Jessie changed the price accordinglyhe took the double charges offthe customer is more then welcome to a copy of her work order and a list of al repairsshe is welcome to a copy of her quote sheet as well which breaks down all the parts and labor chargeswe do not however give out copies of receipts for parts that we ordercustomers do have the right to provide their own parts most likely at a lower cost to them, however there will be no warranty on the parts and or laborif there are any more questions and concerns please feel free to respond to this complaint or contact Jessie directly at Jessie's Auto InspectionFM SAustin, TX [email protected]

I am rejecting this response because:They are correct about my original reason being the Cadillac converter however two days after having my vehicle they called me and inform me that it was not the Cadillac converter it was the list of other thingsI then proceeded to ask which ones were necessaryHe didn't tell me the list of things that he thought that I needed to have immediatelyI was dealing with the owner and a worker and both of them were never on the same pageThe owner will blame the employee however the owner is the one that that got me for all of my moneyWhen I drop my car off it was in running condition I live all the way south and was able to drop it offWhen the vehicle was picked up at the end of all of this the vehicle barely made it homeAfter paying $2,in leavin *** auto inspection I was not able to drive my vehicle since then I have try to get in contact with Jessie they never answer the phone when I call he doesn't want to repair my car and I'm just stuck out I have four children I wasn't able to go to work for a week with no vehicle and now I have another shop looking at my vehicle *** put rotors on my vehicle and the front and they are no good I have to get more work done on my car because *** didn't do what he was supposed to do as a mechanic or ownerOh and then last Jessie did refund me for over charges he charge me for my inspection twice windshield wipers twice which were never put on my vehicle Hood shock that was never put on my vehicle he charged me for the cleaning that was done on my vehicle and he charged it for the cleaning and he also made it look like it was also a part for a hundred and $on my receiptAlso on my receipt I have two parts one is EGR( DPFE) pressure sensor and then a second charge for DPFE pressure sensor both in which were $difference in priceAfter getting into with *** and being upset about what was going on with my vehicle he said that he was going to put me a Cadillac converter on my vehicle for free not sure if he really did this or not I'm sure he was just feeling guilty for leaving me with a broke down car after paying all the money that I have paid This response that I have just received from Jessie auto inspection is a lie I have asked *** for the mechanical complaint and information regarding what he worked on on my vehicle and what parts he had to get he does not want to provide me with anythingAt the end of the day he is very unprofessional he does not know how to do business and I wouldn't recommend him to noone
