I hired *** from Jesse's Oro Valley Landscaping Design in August of to backfill, grade and compact a riding arena of about square feet and install a metal fenceThe arena was not correctly graded and compacted which caused all of the footing to come loose and turn the arena into a gravel pit I brought this to ***'s attention on February He said he would come out an take a look at it which he did almost weeks later I asked him to correct the mess he created and he is not willing to do so He now is citing the contract and that he did what was said in the contract The contract does not have the word "compacting" in it - but it does show an invoice for a leased/rented tamper machine which he used to attempt to compact the arenaI asked him several times if he had the knowledge and resources to complete the project whi
