After conducting a thorough investigation of your case and speaking with the representative who handled your situation and spoke with you directly over the phone, we have discovered that you were 100% informed concerning the amount ($240.75) that you would be charged on your card. You were 100% informed before the charge and before the service was completed, you verbally approved it. We clearly state on our website, text, and email, that we have a no refund policy under any circumstances. When you made the appointment and received email reminders, the policy and every single detail information was included. Therefore, we cannot issue you a partial ($15.80) refund as you are requesting."
