existing wood. Additionally upon removal of the old wood and installing the new wood it was discovered that the bed on the truck needed straightened in order for the wood to sit straight in the bed. [redacted] agreed to pay an additional $500 to have the bed straightened. [redacted] only paid for these services, it was not paid for us to finish the back of the bed since there was no tail gate, which the customer expected for us to do in the original price, at no additional cost. The light strip was installed properly and properly worked, however [redacted]'s truck had wiring and electrical issues that caused the lighting to not work on the truck. [redacted] was informed of the wiring issues, and it was suggested that the wiring be replaced to fix the issues and safety concerns with the truck. [redacted] never contacted us after he pick up the truck, and signed the invoice and paid the amount due. His son send an internet message which was responded to immediately, asking him to call. He called, we called back and he never called back again. Customer got more then $1600 worth of work, that original price only was supposed to include the price to install the wood. I do not feel a refund is due, as I have more then a week in labor time into this project. Documentation is attached.
