Ordered a machine and no attachments were included like they were supposed to. All I got was a broken machine ! Now they want a video of the machine which I already sent back and they won’t refund or send another. Just crooks! Flat out crooks! Do not order from them! I’m out 108.00.

I paid 200.00 dollars for a product I ordered from *** I never recieved it. They refuse to refund my money and told me to contact fedex
I ordered the pink automatic *** machine 8 PCS set for 199.00 dollars. There add said will be delivered in 4-5 days. The advertisement on line never said that the order was coming from china ( over seas ) which it did. july 4th 2020 I emailed the *** service dept about the order. they said the delivery person tried to deliver the package but was unsucessful because no one was home. They lied I have survelience camers on back and front door that alerts me to activity ( delivery person ). And I was home all day on the 19th of june all day when they claimed the delivery was attempted. I am home all day every day I work from home. I have been asking for a refund for about 3 weeks via email there response was to contact fedex to find out where package was. I told them I was no longer interested in doing business with them and to refund my money. They have not refunded my money after several request has been made and keep sending me emails to I quote " will you please contact fedex for me , I promise you will love our product " I said no and requested again to have my money refunded. ALL I WANT DONE IS TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED AND TO BE DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY REFUSE TO AND INSISTS ON ME CONTACTING FEDEX!!

On April 28, 2020 I placed an order with Jessky for the following item:

The site advertises discreet shipping in 1-4 days on it's website.

On May 17, 2020 I emailed customer service to inquire as to where my order was. I received reply approximately 24 hours later stating that the warehouse was "too busy" and was provided a tracking # (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) for my package.

I checked this tracking every day until June 2, 2020. On this date I sent a second email detailing that based upon the tracking information provided by Jessky; that, my package had been sitting "In transit" since "May 21, 06:58AM" from "Bloomington, CA".

In response to this email I received the following reply: "We have written to contact the shipping company to verify the package information, please do not worry
Because April is the peak of the epidemic, the package has been delayed,thanks for your understanding"

On June 7, 2020 I emailed Jessky a third time asking for a refund based on the fact that my order was no closer to Cleveland, Ohio that previously mentioned.

In this email I detailed the fact that I had received critical PPE to include cloth masks, nitrile gloves and P-100 respirator filters all within the span of this order for adult amusement. This was done to illustrate not only my understanding of how COVID-19 has affected commerce; but, also to draw attention to the lack of response from the Jessky team in regards to logistics management.

The company blamed customs and the global pandemic for the delay of my order in their reply to this email. Given the fact that I readily disclosed about my receipt of PPE (which in April and May could only be sourced overseas) sounds like a very hollow excuse.

My package was placed on my front porch on June 18, 2020 by the postman. There was no "discreet shipping" as it arrived in a flimsy black shipping bag that would allow anyone who handled the package knowledge of the exact contents within.

To add insult to injury, when I opened the package it was not even the product that I ordered. what I actually received was:

I cannot quantify my level of displeasure with this company and specifically this order.

I have written to Jessky a fourth time to summarize my utter disappointment and desire for a full refund.

This company is a scam they took my money April 16, 2020 never delivered, won5 return emails for week, promise to refund my money, send fake tracking# and never refunded my money!!! THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered an adult gift from this website. They said it would be shipped in 1-4 days. I have not received anything. They have debited *** from my account. I have tried to contact customer service, they said they would ship it, but nothing happened. I tried to contact them again, now they do not respond at all. I asked for a refund but they will not respond to my emails.
