I
came in about times to collect my down paymentI have nothing to do with toyota motor credit and jessup in regards to what they are doingThey bought out the car when the financing from the bank didnt go throughThat is their problem and I shouldnt have to wait for my money when I have no vehicleThey are also taking my option of trading my vehicle by turning it into a leaseThey lied to our faces and now they are telling you the same thing

Customers Vehicle had multiple electrical concerns and was brought in to us with the steering message and steering lock inopWe replaced the recall steering part under warranty and vehicle was still having issuesNext we replaced the steering
column lock and charged customer, which this resolved the issue and vehicle was picked up operating as designedVehicle then began having the same issue once again at later date and customer had vehicle repaired at another shopWire repairs were made by this shop and vehicle was repaired once againCustomer is seeking reimbursement for expenses incurred at my dealershipCustomers vehicle had been brought in to us with large amounts of aftermarket wiring and splices under dash and intermittent electrical issuesI am unable to determine weather our repair was needed or not since a combination of all these repairs were ultimately what fixed this vehicleI will process the refund in full to satisfy the customer

what is the total amount to be refund? and no no other shop did the repairs was our own repair shop.and we did agree to a refund about weeks ago and never receibed a refund.wen I call and spoke to you .you response was that you not ben on you office.and that was a lot of paper work involved.surprisme about how fast you response it is after Revdex.com gets involved!!so please give a total amount to be refund before we got straight to court

Re: [redacted] and [redacted]   We received a notice regarding a complaint filed by the customer mentioned above.  The customer has been contacted and the matter has been resolved.   If you have any questions please feel free to contact at the number listed below.   Thank you.

We performed an oil change and tire rotation on Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle. After he stated that his vehicle vibrates. We explained to him that his tires may need to be balanced if he hasn't done it for awhile so he had us balance the tires. The customer still wasn't happy with the vibration so we...

advised him that he would need to replace the lower control arms because the bushings were cracked and separating and it had a broken motor mount. The vehicle also had some leaks from the engine that we told the customer about and he decided to have us fix all of the items that his vehicle needed. We repaired all of the items and then drove the vehicle and it was repaired. The customer then called us to state he was having a leak so I had a loaner vehicle driven to his location and we picked up his vehicle and brought it back to find that a hose clamp had failed so we put a new clamp on at no charge and then gave the vehicle back to the customer. As far as a full reimbursement for the repairs we are not willing to do that. His vehicle needed all of those repairs and they are fixed at this time. I will contact Mr. [redacted] and myself and see if I can make him happy.
