Both failure to resolve Fault code reoccurrence on new range and failure to replace refrigerator door as promised On Sep 16, I purchased both a new range, GE 30" [redacted] and side by side refrigerator model [redacted] They were delivered within a week but there remains two issues that I've been unable to get resolved by using phone callsThe range gave a fault code alert on 1/17/indicating too high temp when it was offThey did send a tech and the tech confirmed the code and calibratedHowever it reoccurred on 2/and the tech was promised to arrive by Feb and never showed and I've heard nothing even after leaving a message end of day on the 20thThe refrigerator arrive with some scratches that were poorly painted over and I was promised to be given a replacement doorNumerous calls over the past months and I still do not have the door replaced

I purchased a refrigerator from Jessup's in November, paid for it in full, and still have not received the product as of February 13,
I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator (***) at a sale price of $on November 30, and paid for it in full at that time I explained to the salesperson that It was for a new home and I needed delivery in early January I was told by the salesperson that they would hold it for me in their store until early JanuaryWhen I called to have it delivered in early January, I was told they no longer had the fridge and it would be Feb - 14th before more stock came in I was extremely disappointed that they did not keep the fridge they promised me and told me they had in stock at the time of purchase The salesperson initially told me they had stock but they were at a higher price point and if I wanted one at the price I paid, I'd have to wait The sales manager corrected him and told me they did not have any in stock at all I f

I paid for a washer and dryer, was told it would be delivered in 3-business days, today is business day and still no washer and dryer
Salesman Bill Rpromised me the washer and dryer I paid for on 2-4-would be delivered to my house within business daysToday is business day I called as I have called every day and was rudely told by Bill the appliances were in and someone would call me Friday with delivery timeEvery time I tried to speak he would speak over me and not listenI told him I needed the appliances to be delivered Friday morning and again, he just talked right over me without listeningFriday is business day 10, calendar day 13, and they need to be delivered in the morningJessups has my money so now I need them to deliver the appliances

My Fridge was delivered missing parts and the wrong racks in the freezer section, I did not find this out until warrantee was up.GE let me know
The racks always fell down in the freezer, I let it go, until I had GE the manufacturer come out and they told me the ice cube drawer was supposed to have a cover rack on it, he had one but it was part of the new fridge and should have been delivered with it, I believe the fridge was delivered with the wrong freezer racks from the beginningNow the bottom drawers rack is cracked and does not closeI have purchased the extended warranty since I bought it, but they told me that was the stores problemI think JESSUP'S APPLIANCE'S does not check their deliveries of NEW APPLIANCES and the customer trusts them and really does not KNOW what their getting are the wrong parts and not really aware of the correct parts of their applianceI was referred to a third party for the repairs, at my own cost of courseI would reccommend that people that

I bought a new oven from jessups on July 9th The oven was broken out of the box, not workingJessups told me I have to go to the manufacturer
Samsung sent out tech, after a month found it could not be fixedThey gave jessups the approval to replace it Jessups did not take care of itWeeks of calling, emails until I got *** involved did they finally respond Ordered a new oven, and that came broken as well I have been without an oven since july 9th and am still waiting on a replacement

We had purchased three appliances for our kitchen almost three years ago after extensive researchAlso talked two of our neighbours into going there We went to Jessups and had a good experience with the sales person and as the deliveryHowever, we had a lemon in the microwaveTo be all fair the company replaced the door handle once last year when it broke, but it broke again within one month, so I called them back and got in touch with Eric at the Bee Ridge store, who was very pleasant and insured me that it would be taken care of with no charge againHe stated in May this, but also they would not be responsible if it broke again(GE Profile brand) not currently under warrantyI told him we appreciated for all the help and thanked him for the no charge since it was a faulty microwave
Fast forward we have been waiting for over months for the door to get in and be installedI spoke with Eric again last week and he assured me it would be done today, Friday , October between 12-Door bell rang , we let the installer in , he replaced the door and then wanted to be paid? This was the first time I had heard anything about a fee I immediately called the Bee Ridge store, spoke with Lou L., who berated me and said that he had told me there would be a charge(Let me remind you MrLopez, I have never spoken with you or Mr P., who you said was standing next to you at the time) Again, he was very condescending and said "well the accounting department will deal with you then"" Click!
I then called the owner, Mr J., he returned my call within minutesThe conversation started out ok, but turned south within two minutesHe too was very rude, no customer service skills and said I was told about the fee (I am still wondering if they are telepathic) Because no one ever stated thisI recorded the conversation with him today and basically he said " Don't ever come here and get any more service" ClickI called him back and asked him why he hung up on me, he stated " I thought you hung up" I said, no sir, I am trying to explain what happened with this job and would like for you to listenthen he says..."I am hanging up now" click
Worst customer service ever, and we will let all the folks we know who buys homes here and our builders in the area NOT to buy from JessupsTake your business elsewhere, if you want good customer service
