Why doesn't she explain exactly what she did and whyWhy didn't she submit my HEARING TEST with the claim? As it turns out this is a MAJIOR ISSUE when submitting a HEARING AID CLAIMAs per CIGNA they HAD made a internal change on 9/requiring all CIGNA PROVIDERS TO GO THRU HEARPRO*** should have known thatSYLVIA is not only rude and uncaring but apparently she is also incompetentThe facts are she did NOT SUBMIT THE CLAIM CORRECTLYWhen I asked about our status she said your out of luck

Cigna states you must use HEAR PO for hearing aids We do not do the billing complain to Hear PO not us we can only fit hearing aids according to what your health plan states we are the providers we do not bill Cigna
