the fence did have mistakes when it was first built, what I did after I noticed them with out letting the customer know, was rip most of it out and redo it that was the right thing to doI would have left it that wayafter it was re built the
homeowner added some additional repairs therefor I sent my guys out to repair thema week later I got another letter with more comments on what the home owner called errorsas I read some of his comments I knew some did not make sense and some were things that happen to cedar materialsIam willing to work with homeowner but I hope he can take some time to research cedar material and he can see what happens to it over time as that's what he is calling out onIam totally willing to work with him if we can come to an agreement but for repairs does not sound fair
