Customer had a piece arrive in October of We reached out to *** *** and were informed that she could only take delivery on specific date in late November and early DecemberI left the office for a few months to head our overseas office and while I was away, there was several issues with my office internallyUpon finding out about this, I quickly reached out to *** *** to resolve the situationI waived her customs formality fee of 237.00, paid for the delivery of and even paid for her goods which were dollars just to make up for the inexcusable errorsI am happy to report that *** *** received her goods a few weeks ago
