Hello Mrs***, This is *** *** with Pro Star roofing responding to the complaint filed by *** ***. I went ahead and attached the email that I sent on 09/29/to both the insurance company and Mr***. The insurance depreciation invoice addresses the
extra $that was mentioned in the complaint. With this invoice the insurance company should have sent the insured the $410. I am not sure what the confusion was but I am going to resend this to Mr*** and the insurance company in hopes that this will solve the problem. I also will be sending out a completion invoice for both properties by end of day today. Please let me know if there is anything else you need me to do. Thank you
