I received the certified mail notice from the post office on Saturday. I received a money order from the business. I deposited the money order and will make sure that it doesn't bounce back for some reason.

because: I should be paid at least 150.00. As it will take more than 2 hours to finish what he didn't.  He was already paid 1000.00 for work that is a lot less than that.  He didn't tell us he would be very busy when he accepted the work. When he was partially finished on 2/4/2016, he said the doors will be ready in 5 to 7 business days and he will install it soon.   I have been sending him messages weekly after that and he was perpetually making excuses. Had we known that he would be this way, we would have hired somebody else.

She knew I was very busy at the time . I'm willing to refund only $75.00. As for I had got stuck with the (special ordered door.) $49.85 they would not refund me ..( I am greatly sorry for this delay. due to my busy schedule that she had known about .

Review: I hired Mr. [redacted] because he was recommended by my realtor. The job started Jan 30. He was very eager at first. It was to do some remodeling at my house that I just bought. It involved kitchen counter and doors. Little did I know that he was going to sub contract them. He also said he would finish replacing all doors in my house. We bought the regular doors and he said he ordered the closet furnace doors. He asked me to pay the sub contractors that did a lousy job on the counters. He finished all but the special doors that he says should be done in 5 to seven days. That was Feb 4. I paid him all but 75.00 (supposedly the balance for installing the 2 doors. A few days passed I told him that the counters had to be redone. The counter guys went back but still didn't do it right. A month have passed and I have been texting him when the other doors will be done. He has been telling me days he will come back twice (where I would take days off) and he wouldn't show up. His counter guys came back without him, leaving me deal with the men that he hired, when said he would be there, and I was thinking he was going to finish the doors. When I got on to him that that day he showed up supervising them, but no doors were fixed. He promised that he will be back the Saturday after. 10 mins before he was supposed to come he cancelled again. I finally told him that he is very unprofessional and would file a complaint against him. He conducts his business in an ill manner, in front of my partner he would rolls his eyes on me when I am not looking.Desired Settlement: I should be refunded some money since now I have to hire somebody to do what he didn't finish. I have taken days off to meet him and never showed up when I could have been earning money. He offered to comeback but we are afraid to take time off work for fear he won't ship up again and for fear of retaliation.
