I have NOT received any email requests from MrM*** regarding the pump issue He perhaps is using an old email address And, I have not received any voice mails from MrM*** which I have the same number as before The Pump he's referring to was a new pump out of the box in
August Any and all paperwork was left on the back patio table I would be more that happy to research the warranty informationTo make a report is not only deceptively wrong, it simply not accurateI don't appreciate the misleading information. Here is the information needed for this complaint:*** warranty phone # ***8/installation dateSerial # ***They will have to talk with the *** warranty department regarding what's covered.The paperwork from installation box was left on the patio. And, the serial number is on the unit itself. Their current pool company should be aware of this information. This information is readily available.
