Mr Sunil [redacted] is very unprofessional and I strongly recommend that everyone should stay away from this businessOur ac unit here at my job went out we called the manufacture and the manufacture contacted Jet cool and from the moment that Mr [redacted] came to the store things took a turn for the worseHe missed diagnostic the problem on the ac unit from the very startHe ordered a part thinking that was the problem and when that was not the problemHe blamed the shop saying it was an intern problemIt was checked out and the intern problem was never an issueMr [redacted] was always in a rush to leave the store because he didn't have time for warranty work according to him and that it was to much of a hassleThis experience was the worst I have ever encountered in my lifeI have never written a review on anybody but Mr [redacted] sure did take the cake on this oneJust terrible!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS NO GOOD!!!!!!!!

Hello,This is JetCool Appliance and this our response to complaint #***.Orginally, this customer's appointment was scheduled for July 7, This customer called our company on the 4th of July and demanded that we send a technician to fix her problem immediatelyShe kept trying to force us
over the phone to send someone over immediatelyDue to it being the 4th of July, our company was closed and the technicians were enjoying the holidayWe could not send someone that day, but said that we could try to send a technician as an emergency but that it would cost her $because it was so last minuteThe customer said no to having someone come out on the 4th, so instead we sent the technician on July 7, 2015, the day it was scheduledThat whole day the customer repeatedly called the technician and harassed him over the phone about when he was coming, even though we had already explained to her what time we would be thereThe customer had a 3rd party insurance company, therefore this was a 3rd party warranty callIn these situations, we need to call the 3rd party insurance company to get the approval for repairs that need to be doneInitially when the technician went to the customer's house, he diagnosed the problem and stated what parts would need to be replacedHe stated that he would have to order the parts and also get approval from the customer's insurance companyHe then told the customer that he would call them once the parts arrivedThe customer, throughout this whole ordeal, was extremely rudeShe verbally abused our technician, began to yell and used a lot of profanityShe was also threatening the technician while he was on the jobThe customer did not have any patience, and made insane demands about how the problems should be fixed immediatelyThat is not how these issues and repairs workWe have to first diagnose the problem, and because her problem required additional parts, the customer would have to waitThis customer was very rude and impatientShe wanted things done her way, and refused to understand the situationShe also did not know how to behave with our technician, and was extremely disrespectfulJetCool Appliance tries our best to maintain customer satisfaction, but in situations like this, it is not in our controlThis is not the technician or our company's fault, but in fact the customer's faultWe did not charge any money to the customer, and the technician did not want to go back to this rude customer's house, so therefore we no longer wished to continue to work with this customer. Orginally, this customer's appointment was scheduled for July 7, 2015. This customer called our company on the 4th of July and demanded that we send a technician to fix her problem immediately. The customer said no to having someone come out on the 4th, so instead we sent the technician on July 7, 2015, the day it was scheduled.
