Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseOn August [redacted] when I arrived in the office, I explained to the young lady my daughters' college has selected my tax return transcript for "verification" and when I go to the IRS website to request my tax return transcript the response I was getting were "we do not have your tax information"I stated to her that my taxes were paid and filed electronically in April or May(I do not recall)I then asked how come they don't have my information I filed for the young lady retrieved my paper work from a file cabinet and proceeded to look at my files on the computerI assumed it was online because the young lady stated "oh they needed this information since May." (she never stated what the information was, neither did I ask)She started typing and then the young lady says "okay, everything is in"She ask me nothing in regards to my tax returnThe young lady stated "you're going to get a refund"My response was that I owe the state and I will not get the refund I then asked her can I now request my tax transcriptAgain she states "everything is in"The young lady asks for my contact number to call me when the IRS has my informationI called the office on August ***, again the young lady stated that she will call me when the IRS receive my informationI called again on the [redacted] of August and still the same response by the young ladyMy daughter had to be in college by August ***Along with these calls to the Jet Income office I was checking periodically with IRS website to request my tax transcriptI was able to request my tax transcript on August [redacted] online at the IRS websiteI never received a call from the young lady In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

On August **, *** *** came into the office and explained to my employee that she was not able to retrieve a tax transcriptMy employee retrieved *** ***s folder from the draw to get the needed information to look up her tax return on the IRS websiteUpon entering *** ***s social security number and refund amount she saw that the IRS rejected the return due to a discrepancy in income*** *** gave us the needed information and my employee resubmitted the tax returnShe did indeed tell *** *** that the return was resubmitted and once she gets an approval from the IRS she will call her*** *** eager to have the tax transcript, called my employee before she was able to call *** *** with the message of approvalShe verified with *** *** that the return was approvedThis is the last communication that we had with *** ***We understand *** ***s frustrations with regards to her daughter needing the t ax transcript for collegeUnfortunately we do not have any power over how the IRS handles the tax returns submittedWe try our best to accommodate all of our clientsPlease note that after we receive an acceptance message from the IRS we do not have any control over how long it takes for the IRS to release a tax transcript

We
are a small office with one full time
employee and myselfMy employee was away
from August ***, due to a sudden death in her familyI was out of town
at the time and could not come into the office to cover for her so
unfortunately the office was shut downI periodically called in to check our
office voicemail and on August *, I heard *** ***'s callUpon
retrieving *** ***'s voicemail message I called her and explained via
telephone that the office is currently closed and she would be promptly
assisted once my employee returned*** *** came in on August **, and
was assisted by my employee with her tax return*** ***'s return was
originally rejected by the IRS due to some missing information on her part*** *** furnished the information during the time of her visit and her return
was pending approval by the IRSA couple of days later *** *** called and
was told that her return was appr oved by the IRS and it was being processed
with regards to issuing her a refundThis is the last correspondence that we
had with *** ***She never called us back and said we missed any other
information or to complain about her tax return
