never made. Because we are servicing this account for Jet Lending, Inc., we contacted Jet Lending, Inc. and verified that a check was deposited in a Bank Account owned by a person of the same name. If [redacted] was not the recipient of this financial transaction (Identity Theft or Fraud) then please take the following action so that we can close this account in our office and return it to Jet Lending, Inc.: Please send us a police report listing the above referenced account as being opened using your personal information without your knowledge or consent -OR- please send us an ID Theft Affidavit which can be obtained from the Federal Trade Commission website (please follow the instructions on the web site). Once we receive these documents, we will close the account and return it to the original creditor. Please send this information to: [redacted]
