Sadly this is the first I am hearing about this issueAfter looking more into it; there was a mistake on the companies partWhen the reservation was made it was entered as a departure and not an arrivalOur chauffeur was actually at the passengers residence at the specified pick up timeOnce the issue was brought to the dispatchers attention, the chauffeur was sent to the airportThere was certainly a delay however not 1hr 40minIt was about 30-minutes and we sincerely apologize for this error Although the error took place in house; that is why we do send confirmations and ask the clients to review them for accuracy and confirm themThe confirmation would have shown that we had the incorrect pickup locationWe also send automatic confirmations and trip reminders hours and hours before the trip which again would have showed that we were going to the residence and not the airport I am more than happy to issue a credit however we did end up completing the tripWe feel the chauffeur and fuel should at least be compensated as they again did provide a serviceI would be happy to discuss another reasonable amount that would please the customer as well as offer another discount on future services Best Regards, [redacted] ***

I have emailed requesting an address to send the $50.00 check to… Are you able to get that information? As far as the insults comment; I’m not sure what he is referring to and would like to address. Any more information on that would be appreciated.
