I am rejecting this response because it is FALSE! The auction ended late at night after their business is closed. Within the 24hr period I called both the dealership and cell phone number from the [redacted] add to make my deposit. No one answered the cell phone number so I left a voicemail. I then called the dealer and was told that the car was still there and that they would call me back. When the dealer called back they stated I would have to wait till Monday. When I inquired about making a deposit I was told yet again they would call me back. When they called back a few hours later I was told the car was sold. This seller simply did not want to honor the auction price thus they refused to accept a deposit.

The seller refused to sell the car, claiming it sold before the auction was completed. When I called back the next day the salesman claimed that the car was still for sale, when I informed him that I won that very car in their [redacted] auction he said he would have to call me back but no one ever did. I called almost a dozen times trying to get in touch with someone who could help and at the end of the day they didn't want to honor the price of the [redacted] auction since they were trying to sell it for $15K. The car is still advertised for sale on their website over a week later here: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to buy the van at the price I won it for on [redacted].

Review: I purchased an automobile from this dealer via eBay auction. I paid for and picked up the vehicle on 8/17/2013. I was told they would mail me the title in a week. I have not received the title and the 30-day temporary registration is expiring on 9/16/2013. I sent an initial email on 9/3/2013, which was ignored. I called the dealership on 9/5/2013 and was told by my salesman [redacted] that he mailed the title on 9/3/2013. As of 9/10/2013 I have still not received the title. I sent a second email on 9/9/2013 stating if I don't receive the title by 9/12/2013, I will contact my lawyer and begin proceedings to return the vehicle for a full refund as well as the cost of any repairs and/or improvements. This email was also ignored. I called the dealer on 9/10/2013 and spoke to [redacted] the manager, after verifying the vehicle, my name, address and phone number he said he would look into the matter and call me back. Still no call back and the dealer has now closed for the day.Desired Settlement: I would like the title for the vehicle otherwise I want a full refund for the cost of the vehicle, documentation fees and the cost of any repairs and/or improvements to the vehicle, which I've made while the vehicle was in my possession. Total refund $17,000.
