close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I did let him know about the leak on January 3rd because I wasn't aware of it until then. It takes time for drywall to become saturated. When I had a trusted roofer look at it he informed me it was not flashed correctly where the additions meet. It had nothing to do with the siding. And the leak in the bathroom is because of the decking on the roof. It isn't sloped correctly.so the worker comes out in January and puts up apiece of metal. This did not fix the problem. I informed [redacted] and he said they can't do anything about it until the weather clears up. I contacted him on January 12 and said it would be a good day to come out because it was pretty, he said they are out of town until Monday(why didn't he come out?) I never heard back. So I contacted him on Feb 7th. And was told his guy will be out. He never showed.and that was the last I heard from him.[redacted] is lying there was no attempt by him or anyone from his company to repair anything they messed up! I felt abandonment from him. He never returned my calls and ignored my text. As far as the payment goes he was quick to take the money I paid and never once did he come back to inspect the job. I do have photos and video of the mess that was left.
