On 4/7/2017 the customer brought in their 2006 [redacted] to have 3 belts installed after having a concem of a squealing sound coming from underneath the hood. While installing the new belts it was noticed that the radiator, located in the front of the engine compartment was cracked....

We Called the customer and offered to pay for half of the price of a new radiator, and install it free of charge. The customer agreed to this over the phone, so we went ahead and completed said repairs. After sending a employee to pick her up from work, upon taking delivery of her car she refused to pay for any part ofthe radiator, so Jet Port Motors ended paying for the radiator, coolant, and labor.   On 4/10/2017 the 2006 [redacted] was towed to Jet Port Motors after having a coolant leak. Upon inspection there was a plastic T that was cracked and was spraying coolant This part is located at the rear of the engine compartment  up against the firewall and did not require any removal, and was not interfered with upon installation of any of the other parts we installed, as again it was in a separate location of the engine compartment. After informing the customer of this issue, and stating that it would be a couple hours of labor to perform this repair, the customer insisted that we repair the vehicle for free. We refused to fix her car and told them they can leave the car here until the end of the day, and get it towed out because in its current condition it should not be driven.
