ok first off I did not talk him into buying outside of ebay, he wanted to pick the item up and I said just pay me in cash when you pick it up.
second. the item was listed and was sold as listed on the ad. I told the buyer I did not take it...

apart to inspect the veins all I did was looked in there and I did not check the oil level in the jet pump. I made sure that he was aware of this. and he even inspected the jetpump when he was here. he looked down into it to look at the veins just as I did. and he asked if I check the oil and I said no.. the bearing and impeller spun freely and made no sound and that is what I put on the ebay ad. I did not misrepresent this part at all.
I offered to pay for the parts he needed but theres complete kits online for 7.99 not 41 dollars. ive sold thousands of parts and I have not had one problem until now. I was honest and sold this guy a good used part but if he was expecting new then he should have bought a new part..
third.. I do this as I side hobby so I have no idea why he made a claim to you guys. I am not a business...
