I am rejecting this response because: the only reason they ever replied and made any offer was due to my contacting Revdex.comWe emailed back and forth until it was time for resolution, then they refused to respond until I filledI feel they were planning to take no responsibilityI followed the directions on the can, I've been doing construction for more than years, so this is not my first time doing thisThen blaming me is like saying a chef doesn't know how to cook steakA blatant insult to meI think they need to be held liable not allowed to get away with thisPlease help the little guy to not be taken advantage of by the big guyIt would be pure wrong Regards, [redacted]

After looking over Mr. [redacted]’s response we are going to stick to the original $200 dollar offer that we believe is fair. In regards to his claims that we were unresponsive, I emailed him 2 weeks before the holidays and did not hear anything until I returned from vacation. We believe that the $200 dollar offer is more than enough to cover the purchase cost of the product that was used improperly and the labor that Mr. [redacted] had to do to remove some dripping material that was shown in the pictures he submitted to us.Thank you,Adam R[redacted] [redacted]###-###-####[redacted]

Then blaming me is like saying a chef doesn't know how to cook steak. A blatant insult to me. I think they need to be held liable not allowed to get away with this. Please help the little guy to not be taken advantage of by the big guy. It would be pure wrong.
