To whom it may concern, When [redacted] purchased his [redacted] it was being sold AS-ISHe was offered and purchased an Extended Warranty, then the following business day cancelled the extended warrantyAfter [redacted] brought the issue of the Air Conditioning not working on his car we offered to cover the labor and only charge cost for the parts as an act of good faith and to retain [redacted] as a future customerHe did not agree to these terms and we will did not repair the vehicleHowever our offer still stands
