Real Gangsters
I bought a template from Jetimpex. The template crashed my website. I called the server to backup the system to an earlier date. My website was down for 10 days until I googled Jetimpex and the servers names and found that they are in business together. Only then my site was restored.

The best is yet to come. I took my complaint to PayPal. This is the best,

HOW DO YOU RETURN A DELETED DOWNLOAD? These people are the best scammers.

poor customer service no support no refund

I am not a technology genius but I have years in the computer businessI purchased a template which I later was told needed to be installed in a clean accountI purchased from Dreamhost.com an acdditional hosting account and Templatemonster installed itI worked over three weeks to personalize the template for my businessI then purchased the additional service of having my Logo added to the Template All of a sudden the site is down, can't be repaired and its not their faultDay time manager agree to reinstall the original template no chargeCome 4pm the evening manager determined it was my fault and If I wanted I could hire them to reinstall the original again and I redo all the customizationsThey made no backup none of the things I assumed were and customary I agreed to pay and explained I was very unhappyI said "I feel like I have a gun to my head" I was ignored Site is up and working but I a have all the customizations to redo

Purchased the template which they advertise for Magento 1.x and proved its not working on this platform. Refund refused.

Absolutely horrible! False advertising, incompetent tech support. They lied when I first asked about there theme before I purchased. Theme never installed correctly, spent days back and forth with tech support and nothing! I am very angry with them, especially the fact they lie over and over again. My intentions are to hire an attorney and file against templatemonster and their subsidiaries for fraud etc. This will be a class action suit. I will return to post information who you should contact soon. Thanks.

Review: I have paid for the Template Tuning service of a 24 hr web-site Template installation via PayPal on Sept 18. The web-site Template was in English language. The Template was installed on Sept 19 BUT in Russian. My whole site was changed to Russian. I contacted the technical support, actually, the technician who installed that. At 2 am on Sept 20 he responded back saying that I should change the language in the drop-down meny on the page. I have checked and even the selection of English language was missing. I had: Russian (twice), Spanish & German. I wrote back to the technician. The next time I received an email from him was on Sept 22. On Sept 21, I spent the whol day reading the manual on how to do this installation, finally, I re-installed the Template myself & English language now was present in the drop-down menu, I also changed my site's configuration in order to go back to English. This thing took me a whole day. I have paid in order to avoid this. The tech wrote me back on Sept 22 saying that he cannot login to my site in order to do changes - I have already reset all the passwords as I fixed it all myself. Now the same tech doesn't want to honor the refund - he says that I should've waited for them to fix it.Desired Settlement: Refund in full & apology from the stuff.
