I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to meHowever we are willing to take a meeting with them as long as they provide us with an agenda of what we will be discussing.At no point has JetPay acknowledged the content of the email sent on 4/13/or our specific requestThey did however move forward and withdrew the $from our accountWhich of course the $is a direct result of a mistake they made of not informing us that we are supposed to submit the rate notice to JetPay.All JetPay has done so far is to request a face to face meeting with us and we are still in a bind financially. Needless to say all of this just adds to the frustration of doing business with JetPay and the poor customer service.We need them to provide an agenda before we meet.
