Mr. [redacted] called me on Tuesday 7/12/16 apologizing and stating he would be to my residence on Friday 7/15/16 to complete the work. I asked him what time they would be there. He stated 9am. It is now 6:18pm on Friday 7/15/16 and I have not heard from him, he has not shown up, and the work remains incomplete. He has not honored his word. This matter is not resolved.
