I ordered a supposedly in-stock item. My card was charged the same day of the order. The supposedly in-stock item supposedly shipped 3 days later. One month later my order has not arrived and they have not processed a refund. I first inquired about the order and requested a refund 14 days after the order should have arrived. I demanded a refund again 30 days later and received a canned response about refunds taking 10 days to process.
