Review: Company took our money, but never gave us the product agreed upon.
We rented two jet skies from this company. They had very poor communication and it was difficult to get any information from them. We agreed upon a date and time and reserved the jet skis. We agreed upon a five day rental. They required the money up front so we paid the amount of $500.00 in full by check and mailed it to the owner the business. Numerous texts were sent to get us to pay the money quickly. Once the checks were cashed they barely communicated with us. We constantly reached out to them, but they wouldn't respond. On the day the skies were supposed to be delivered numerous excuses were made that they couldn't do it. We were stood up and they never showed up. We asked for a refund of $500.00, but they only offered a credit Desired Settlement: We would like them to refund the money we gave them. They never kept their promise and agreement. We do not want a credit. We only want our money back and for them to make this situation right.
