RevDex.com:95% lies! You can view the video and see that he has lied. He told the police one story.... Now he writes these lies. I never demanded 10.00 and a car wash. It's entirely to much to dispute and I'm not going to waste my time on an equivocator ignoramus who would go to any extreme to make him pretend to be a perfect business owner (oh so he told the police) but now it says here that he is the supervisor. God treated a liar the same as a killer... I'll let Him handle this person! However, you were offered a reasonable solution that was within company policy. You have openly admitted to not returning within the allotted time for a rewash, and a refund is not asking going to happen. By the wording in your complaints and after review of the telephone call and camera footage from the incident, we find no fault in oyr employee's actions. You lead yourself to believe that the employee was not who you thought He was. It seems that your complaint lacks merit as you are upset at an individual and not the corporation. As he was in control of the property that day, he felt that it was an appropriate response to have you banned from the property. Again, we apologize that the situation did not meet your needs. If you had arrived in the proscribed time frame then there would have been a reasonable solution. However, there will be no refund for a wash or partial services. Thank you for your complaint, it helps us identify problem situations and solutions to them.Kind Regards, Jett Express Saginaw

First, this is a blatant lie concerning being offered compensation, I was never offered any compensation for the loss of my wiper blade and being an ordained Minister of God I do not curse out anyone. The sign they say relieves them of any responsibility for wiper blades etc. etc. was posted past the point where you pay for the wash and even then does not relieve them from compensation for the damage or loss of a part from a vehicle. I cannot wrap my mind around how irresponsible and stupid any business can be that would go to such extremes over a $20.00 wiper blade; especially considering now I will never patronize this car wash again.

OEM wiper blade or not should not exempt them from responsible behavior and the fact they would loose my business, which amounted to $70 to $100 per year, over a $25.00 wiper blade says allot about their business sense as well as their integrity.

I want to respond by saying VIEW the tape and you will see nothing but two people (the so called owner who was there the night the actual incident happened but posed as a regular employee and ME having a dispute about the car wash incident). You will next see me call the police and get back in my car and back up away to wait for the cop IN MY CAR. Next you will see me talk to the police. All those other lies about me cussing out other customers and what ever else these incompetent people have claimed. When II talked to a [redacted], a supervisor, I was told I could come back a few days later since they didn't know when the piece would be fixed. Well it rained that day, the next day and the day after that and that's when it slipped my mind until 2-3 days later. I called then and spoke to the unfriendly owner who has no customer skills whatsoever (see complaints) and went back and forth with him over the phone. I told him, I was coming up and when I did. The above happened. All I wanted was the car wash I was told that I could have. I didn't request my money back or complain at first. He even said they have a communication problem at their Establishment and that no one told him. It's a shame a company would go through these extremes to not only loose a customer but to also have  complaints with Revdex.com and other sites. It about the principal for me. When someone begins to spew lies on me and make me our to be the bad gal, I have a problem! The only thing I can say I did was raise my voice and use a few choice words because I was upset at how I was being treated and talked to. Blatant disrespect. How do one expect to keep customers like that?? I don't want to deal with this anymore. AS I said before, God has a way of fixing a situation. God doesn't like ugly! #Fact
