I am rejecting this response because:
Just back from an extended vacation. I have not been satisfied from this vendor yet. I asked for my money back. The vendor cannot locate my initial order. I need to dig up a receipt but that would take some time. Rather than do that, the vendor offered to credit my account for yet another cover. I asked for a cover for a 2nd jet ski that I have. They are the same price. Problem is that the cover for the 2nd ski also has shrinking issues by their own admission. Both covers I wanted have shrinking issues. I have lost all confidence with these folks. This issue is now about years old and I am on my now 3rd shrinking cover from them. I’ve played the game way too long with them. I still just want my money back

Unfortunately, this consumer did not buy any products from us. Although he did receive covers made from us through someone else we cannot refund money to someone who had covers for 3 years and were not purchased from us.

covers from someone and then asked us to replace them after the warranty time. We did replace them as a courtesy, which were used for 3 years and then he contacted us again saying the covers did not fit and wanted his money back. Unfortunately, their is no money to be refunded because he never bought them through us. We have offered him a store credit as a courtesy.
