you couldn't mail to them because this company is based in china and using the usa as a fake they are faking out customers with fake jewelry that they don't even bother shipping out and then you can not get a hold of anyone in the company customer service is supposed to be 800-315-but no one ever answers and a machine says they are busy and to contact on their website

I purchased a ring from them in September but needed to return it as it did not fitI contacted them and received return information and sent the package to themAbout a week later the box was returned to me as "occupant has moved." I contacted them again, got their new address and sent it off one more timeThey assured me my refund would include the shipping cost I incurred the first time, as it was not my fault they movedThey received the package on November I was assured I would receive my refund many timesFinally, early this month I contacted PayPal for resolutionIt wasn't until I did this that I received my refund and then, it was only for the purchase price of the ring, not the shipping

On their website they have a 30 day hassle free return and that's a lie they take there time to give I back your refund I will never order from this website they have no customer service what's so ever even when you chat online they don't help at all

I waited longer than I should've to order an engagement ring. I let Jeulia know that I was on a tight schedule and they worked very hard to get the ring to me on time. The ring arrived a few days before I needed it and was gorgeous! My fiancee keeps telling me how beautiful she thinks the ring is. I am very happy with my purchase!worth to wait!

I received my order on 12/8/2016 after ordering it on 11/25/2016. Very affordable and great quality!

I purchased a ring in the wrong size. (My fault, the ring's sizing were accurate.)
I saw many bad reviews related to returns so I was worried.
Customer service was polite and helped me right away.
I was offered an exchange, I chose to use the DHL rush shipping, and there was an extra $20 charge (which is acceptable, considering the company has to eat the shipping charges from China when WE screw up the order). There were other options available to me. The ring was exchanged for the correct size and shipped to me, delivered within a 2 week window from when the exchange was initiated. I was not given a tracking number, but it was available through their website with the rush shipping purchase number I was given. I was pleased with the return experience, I love my ring and I am happy they proved many of the reviews wrong. I look forward to doing more business in the future with this company.

"ordered 10/28/2016. website stated 7-10 working days for delivery. after 7 days, it was changed to 8-15 working days until delivery. after 10 days it was changed to 9-25 days delivery. when I went on their site and did instant chat, the chats ranged from immediate disconnect to staying connected for hours just out of spite. they couldnt tell me anything except for " please kindly understand " and "sorry " or my favorites, "busy season " and " black friday " all of these excuses did not expedite my order any faster, nor did it appease me as the customer. after a few emails and chat sessions I was told 30 working days. I kept getting told " just a few more days " and when I found them on facebook, I decided to post on their page for other shoppers to read the fine print and be aware of the delivery times. it wasnt long before I was blocked from their page as well as instant message. to this day I have yet to receive my order. it still shows its in china via usps website. that too they used as an excuse. the usps website for not updating. not updating has nothing to do with the delivery times being changed as their orders filled and they got busy. no compensation. just excuse after excuse." I am unable to receive a refund until I receive and send back the order. yet I cannot receive the order.
