MonaVie was bought by Jeunesse about months ago We have ALWAYS had a positive experience with MV, ranging from the customers service to the products I have been on autoship with them for years Since Jeunesse has taken over it has been a nightmare The customer service line has consistently been disconecting us, the customer service reps have been very unhelpful, and when we have submitted a problem through the help desk, it is a joke Not once has our question been answered appropriately and we have submitted at least 5-of them All of our MV customers were transferred to Jeunesse and we had no way of turning off their autoship or getting into their accounts without the help of customer service (which was non-existent)We miss MV and the company that was! Be cautioned
I absolutely LOVE Jeunesse - The instantly ageless is AMAZING as well as the entire Luminesce line of products I would recommend these products to anyone
I am SUPER happy that this company is responsible in the way that they handle their Autoship program!
OTHER companies have left me feeling Burned by their autoship programs... but Jeunesse has really impressed me.... only allowing products that are a 30 day supply to be a part of the program. This means that products do NOT stockpile... they come exactly when I need them & I LOVE that!
I also have had a time when I had to cancel my shipment & there was NO Problem at all with doing that!
