We are in receipt of the complaint filed by [redacted] submitted 4/18/We are troubled by her lack of satisfaction and would be happy to see her and rectify the situationUnfortunately, she was not amenable to thatIn fact, upon hearing from her on 4/17/17, we urged her to come in and see the treating physician so that he could assess her resultsShe refusedThe treating physician was available to see her that same day, 4/17/17, but she was unwilling to drive to our other officeShe had initially been seen and then treated in our Holmdel office, and the day she called with her concerns the physician was in our Old Bridge location [redacted] refused to drive to our office despite being assured that it was only 12-15min away from our Holmdel locationI'm sure you can appreciate that it is not appropriate for us to issue a refund for services that have been received and cannot be returned, especially without an opportunity to evaluate the resultsLastly, perhaps due to misunderstanding/miscommunication there was no indication that the patient wanted to speak to our physician or manager on the phoneIt was our understanding that she simply wanted a refund and did not want to talk to "anyone else"Again, we would be happy to see [redacted] and resolve this matter, but cannot simply issue a refund without an in-person examination or evaluation

I am rejecting this response because I tried to see the doctor on Monday because that was the day they told me he would be in I did not refuse to come to the other office but rather explained that I had someone willing to take me to Holmdel because they had business there that dayThey could not take me to Old BridgeI further asked to speak to the office manager or be seen by another doctor in the practice on that dayThey have multiple doctors in that practice and I was told that only the doctor who did the procedure could see meThis was unreasonable since that was the only day left that I had off from workI told her that I work jobs and get off at 6pmShe told me that he would be back in the office on Thursday until 6pmI would be able to be there by 6:45, but was told that wouldn't be possibleI had one opportunity to do this procedure and that opportunity is now gone I am not able to repeat the procedure due to time restraints of working jobsI am disappointed that these doctors don't support each other when the other is not available to helpI was refused an opportunity to resolve this on April when I was told that I couldn't come in to see another doctor or another staff member in the Holmdel officeThey did nothing to try to help me
