Terrible policy
This is a scam! I'm very disappointed to have ever connected with this company. I did not realize trying a product meant they could continue to charge me. Supposedly, they list in their terms that they will charge you more money after 10 days. I would not have ordered in the first place if I knew there was an additional charge. The order confirmation email was simply an order # and my address. When I questioned why it wasn't in my order confirmation they said it was on their website. Why would I ever know to check on this? This is very unethical. If your product is good, you do not need to trick people into giving you money. If your product is good, people would be loyal customers on their own. Do you really believe in your product if you have to be deceitful to get business?

I purchased Instanly ageless from Jeunesse IT DOES NOT WORK. False advertising. $60 SCAM !! They do not answer their customer service phone lines !!!!

It does not work and the serum came out different colors in different packets. First packet was clear the following three were amber color. I tried four times. Does not work. Most upsetting is that you can not contact company. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL !

They told me I purchased a counterfeit product from China. They were sorry but they are looking into the scam. I feel it is very wrong to say "Sorry China is copying our product and it does not work but the packaging is the same." I paid $59.99 for nothing. I research the product before I bought and it looked like a real company.
The product had ***,DE MUNCHEN in my bank statement.*** is also investigating the matter.
Navy Federal has put the money back in my account but this scam needs to be investigated.*** said they will pull the money back out if they can not get answers from the company.

They are refusing to refund the defective products. It has been 29 days. I am currently within the 30 day return period.
I bought 3 very expensive products ($50, $50, & $80 plus shipping and tax) and was not satisfied with them at all.

When the products arrived at my home, they were so hot that it felt like they'd been stored in an oven. I understand that may sound like an exaggeration, but I actually had to let the products cool down for hours before they came back to room temperature. It is clearly marked on every single product, individually that they must be stored in temperatures under 86 degrees and that they must be PROTECTED from heat. The product was improperly stored before it even reached my home!

I was also promised unbelievably better REM sleep from one of the vitamins and way more energy from the other vitamins - nothing. The vitamins also have a very embarrassing side effect of releasing a very strong vitamin smell from your body. Gross. Even my neighbor noticed! I was also told that the face lotion would be like magic for my skin - both my wife and I broke out in acne/rashes!

Supposedly, Jeunesse offers a 30 day 100% return policy for customers and distributors on "resalable goods". But, if you order vitamins or face lotion, how in the world can you return them and they be resold? Do they expect their customers to order their product and not use it? How would anyone ever know if it was good or not? And if it turns out that the product was bad - they offer a replacement? Why would anyone do that?

I've called customer service to request a refund multiple times starting on day 1 and have sent numerous emails since. When I called to ask for a refund on the day the products arrived at my home, they asked me to just try them and if I had a problem that I could call them back!

This is a VERY deceptive practice! It corners the consumer. If I try the items like they suggested, I cannot return them!

I ordered the products 29 days ago (6/20/2018) and immediately stopped using them after experiencing the side effects.

If a company sells a very expensive, bad product, I strongly believe that they should refund the item if their is a problem. Seems pretty simple.

After all of this, they decided that they want me to ship back the items and are not willing to refund my purchase. I've called them numerous times to discuss this as well as many, many back and forth emails including pictures and even answered over a dozen detailed questions for their "investigations" team.

Please help!

Refusal to make changes to account name which, if corrected, will result in the company's ability to carry out appropriate shipping instructions.
Our account was originally set up by a distributor who is no longer a distributor. It was set up in my wife's name. My wife is deaf and does not speak on the telephone. Recently I asked that auto-ship be suspended for two months. Instead the company double-shipped their product. When I called about the problem, the company refused to make the necessary corrections based on my instructions and insisted that my wife had to make them. I offered to let my wife speak the instructions over the phone, but the company denied the request. The company's website does not allow for making the necessary changes.

Change account name from *** to ***. Obey ***'s instructions re when to discontinue and/or resume autoship.

No one has contacted me, and in the meantime the company has made yet another unwanted shipment. This is very easy: Either someone from Jeunesse MUST contact me IMMEDIATELY or else I will discontinue ANY further relationship with the company.

Earlier this morning Mr. and I had a phone conversation,( Had to wait on evidence to return) I have canceled Autoship as requested, I will send an email with the link to our polices and also, send a Co/App. Form to fill out and send back. All fees waved. Please allow 48 hrs. to have all information entered into our system.

I ordered a sample of instantly ageless and then was charged $150 dollars a few weeks later for something they never even sent.
I ordered a sample of Instantly Ageless for my mom in April. Then for some reason a few weeks late without my consent they charge another $153.19 to my card. At first I didn't even know what it was because it was listed as Jeunesse. Once I figured it out I assume that this company maybe had a fine print were they get you to agree to the full product. But the charge wasn't even for that. I've attached the invoice they provided my bank. The $153.19 is for something called Luminesce. That is another product from this company and not something I ordered. What's even worse about this charge was that they never even sent it to us. If you look under "Ship Method" you'll see that it's blank. I've also attached what they provided as shipping corfimation but that is for the sample not this item. That shipping tracking is from April 2017 and the order invoice they sent for the $153.19 has a date of 5/03/17. So that's clearly not it. I just want a refund for the item I never ordered.
