Review: Today I went to the cleaners to pick up my choir robe. When the worker brought it up, I immediately noticed pink on my collar and cuffs of the robe. I pointed it out to her as I paid, and she blantantly states that its just the way the burgundy is shinning against the white. I then lift up the plastic and tell her no this is pink. I was told she will let the woman who cleaned it take a look at it. Next she comes back and says she cant do anything about it until 3pm , because she is pressing right now and wasnt going to stop. I then asked for my money back and she says no, you will have to speak to the [redacted]. I said something has to be done before I leave. The employee named Mary finally comes to the front and states that she did see it bleed and she ran it through again to try and fix it. She also admitted that the chemical she used might have been too strong. She stated she would take the cuffs off and clean them., but she couldnt do anything about the collar. I left the store and later called the [redacted] and was assured that I would receive a refund. Later that afternoon I stop by to pick up my refund, the employee go back and hand me the robe with no corrections, She tells me the [redacted] told her because of the refund, they will not correct the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like a repair. If they cannot repair the problem, the robe needs to be replaced. This robe is not even a year old yet. I spoke with my choir president and she states that her robe has always been dry cleaned at [redacted] and never has this happened. I also have washed other robes in cold water and never has this happened.
