POOR WORK!! Appointment made for daytime and workers came when it was dark outside Workers did not bring needed materials to complete work properly and left all debris from gutters on ground for homeowner to clean up Called owner to make a follappointment to clean up debris and workers did not show or call homeowner

I filed a negative review December 6, 2014 and received a follow-up phone call from the marketing director December 11, 2014. He apologized and offered me 2 free gutter cleanings for 2015. I received my second free cleaning today.
I want to say THANK YOU for the apology and cleanings. The workers were professional, timely and the quality of work was excellent.
