refused to honor her check because Ms. [redacted] did not have sufficient funds in her bank account to cover the $27.50 amount of that check. Therefore, Redneck Trailer Supplies was charged a fee by our bank to resubmit Ms. [redacted]'s check to her bank for payment a second time. Redneck Trailer Supplies charged Ms. [redacted] the standard fee of $25.00 that we always charge whenever we receive an NSF check for money owed to our company. Ms. [redacted] refused to pay our standard $25.00 NSF check fee. To resolve this dispute, we have sent Ms. [redacted] a letter notifying her that we have removed that $25.00 NSF check fee from her account. We are no longer charging Ms. [redacted] our standard $25.00 NSF check fee. However, we will no longer accept personal checks from Ms. [redacted] in payment of her dental insurance premiums.
