Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had! They want the money up front, order the wrong parts, lie to you every time you try to check on the progress, promise to have your bike back to you, then close up shop and go on vacation Over months of headache and still no bike Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else!

Wanted $up front and quoted over two dozen part costs from Rockauto which they dropped and bought from another dealer in which all the prices were higher without getting approval Labor was said to be priced lower but ended up in the thousands Items said to be repaired and working such as the brakes and transmission gasket,etc, were not fixed so labor costs exceeded expectations and my top limit I set with them

Horrible job on getting rid of anti virus on my laptopWaste of money and timeDon't go thereThe guy behind the counter [redacted] didn't know what he was doingI asked for [redacted] bytes to be installed The counter guy said, don't worryI am an electrical engineerTook my laptopWhen I went back to pick up my computer the next day, pop up continuedHe spent another & half hours trying to fix itWhen I asked for a guarantee, he didn't have one and demanded cash paymentHe would not give me back my laptop unless I paid himAfter not getting rid of pop up's, I went to another place where the technician had to everything [redacted] did and download [redacted] bytes for me (which is what I originally asked for)The antivirus [redacted] installed was incompatible + slowed things downNow I was stuck paying twice due to the incompetency and inferior work from [redacted] *** [redacted]
