My name is *** ***, I am the owner of Jewel TownOwn the store since Dec 2007, been in the business since I think this is the first complaint of my storeI tell you my side of the storyMr*** *** came on 12/17/to my store, I was busy with a customer, he was talking to my
employee *** and our jeweler who do repair work of my store was also there, they were talking and when I done with the customer I joined them and then my employee told me that he want his money backcause the pawn shop told him it not gold, then my jeweler said its gold and he can fix it, so I told him go to the pawn shop again and tell them to give you in writing then I can take it to my vendor, now I don't have any proof so he said its not the pawn shop I took it, I took it to the jeweler to fix it and he said it not gold so I told him go to the jeweler and tell him to give you in writing and our jeweler also said it gold and he can fix itThen he showed me the half pendant and said I want my money back or I am going to complain in Revdex.com and the matter is not solved I'll go to courtThen I ask him where is the other half of the pendant, he said he lost it, he is not giving al the facts from the beginning, he told you he went to pawn shop and to me he said he went to jewelerIn our receipt it said no refunds, exchange only within day with receipt and merchandise should be in original condition when he bought the charm I didn't gave him brokenIt also said on receipt lifetime warranty on gold qualityNo warranty on breakageI'll be more then happy to help him out, just tell him to bring it to the storeIll fix it free of chargeI want my customer to be happyAny questions can call me on cell *** *** ***
