Review: I ordered a necklace from this website on 12/21/13.

On 1/2/14 I emailed customer service to ask the status of my purchase.

On 1/3/14 I received an email from[redacted] stating my order would ship the following week, but he did not have the exact date.

I received a"payment received" email on 1/3/14.

I have called the contact number given on the website multiple times on the following dates: 1/21, 1/15, 1/13, all with no answer. I also sent a request through the website without reply as well.

My payment was taken, and I have not received the product or any contact from customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like the necklace to be delivered. If that is not possible I expect a full refund. Throughout my desired outcome I would like to be notified of the status of my order.
