Review: I ordered a ring to be sized to a 10 on Dec. *. A ring arrived on Dec. ** with size 10 labeled, but it was probably a size 5. I called and spoke to [redacted], who assured me to return it and he would make good by sizing it correctly. I returned it signed postage, which he received Jan [redacted]. I have spoken with [redacted] several times, at first he said he'd check into it, then he said it was mailed out, when I called and said I had never received it, he took the information from my registered mail and he said he couldn't bring it up, however, my husband got on the line and was able to bring it up and told [redacted], this was the case. [redacted] then assured me he would have it in the mail, along with a gift to compensate. I called yesterday, the date he said I'd have it and he said he'd mail it last night and call me with the tracking number. I called today and there is no answer. I think I've been very patient, but feel I am being told a line--hoping that I would just forget about it and hope he'd not hear from me ever again. [redacted] is as sweet as honey on the line and has an answer for sweet talk for every situation. I believe he is being fraudulent, kindly look into this business.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item and [redacted] should not be able to be in business, so that he doesn't hurt another buyer with his lies and promises.
