Customer's sister called our store and asked me about the status of her brother's watch I had to ask various questions to her (i.ewhen was it dropped off, etc) I put her on hold and came back to her and she started saying repeatedly to me that "We are taking advantage of the disabled" and that we have had the watch for way too long and that we are taking advantage of the disabled and she was going to call the attorney general's office and we are breaking the law II! The watch was at the Pulsar Company getting a new movement in it and we told the customer (her brother) that we weren't going to charge him anyway Obviously, she didn't know that and kept yelling at me that we had his watch for f bomb months and that is when I hung up on her won't tolerate anyone cussing at me and we certainly didn't deserve that verbal abuse We told her that the watch has to be given back to the customer himself and that if she wanted to pick it up she had to apologize to me firstNeedless to say, her brother came in and picked up the watch and there was no charge
