I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. at this point the company has not only made for a terrible and dishonest experience, they have also interfered with my personal business matters with the company I chose to pay out of pocket with in the interim by calling them directly and asking them to do something I had disclosed they could notI had to actually apologize to the company and let them know that what the impression that had been left was not my wishes and the company even asked me several times if I wanted to take my business elsewhere in order to use Jewelers Mutual and get a repair instead of getting what the company and I had discussedThis was "after" I had asked for a refund on my policy if the replace was not going to happenI was not informed the company would be calling the jeweler regarding these mattersThe company is consistently asking for the same thing "the ring to be inspected for damage." This is even after I have disclosed to them that this is not what we were told would happen and that it has been repaired prior twice for bendingThe shank has been determined to be bent a third time within weeks of each other not doing anything more than typing on a keyboard and handling documents in a law officeA repair is not an acceptable fix at this point - they would just bend the shank backWe have been told that the only other thing that could be done to prevent further bending since the metal has weakened is replace the shank - this was the second time it was bentThis has been disclosed and discussed over and over and overWe are exhausted and saddened that each day more meaning is taken away from our ring due to the extent we are having to go through to attempt to recover anything whatsoeverAt this point we have asked the company to sever the contract and refund our money

As I said I feel that this should be a part of any jewelers block insurance in reference to the act of pulling a diamond from the setting.  Regardless, my agent was in my office a month prior to me renewing my policy and I told him that I was handling much of the workmanship myself and NEVER once was this separation of policy mentioned to me which leads me to wonder if there is an errors and omissions issue on my Jewelers Mutual agaent that should make this a covered claim is it was definitely every bit of the definition.
