Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Signage is inadequate for a policy as unusual as this The sign a the mall store was by the cash register, yes, but not by where you would be signing I went to another store and it was even worse There was only one sign that I could see and this was most ly obscured by Christmas decorations You could not read the sign unless you had a clue as to what it said Most reputable businesses with an unusual policy such as "no refunds", "no checks", "no Credit Cards" and etc, go out of their way to make sure everyone is clear of this policy, there are usually multiple signs in multiple, obvious, locations - frequently you are told that this is the policy as well I was not informed of this policy verbally and the signage was far from obvious - unless you were perhaps looking at the decor.The "no refunds" policy was not on the receipt but on the invoice The invoice was put in the bag and not shown to me I have to say that I feel like I have been scammed by Jewelfire in this transaction Sincerely, [redacted]

We are sorry to hear that Mr. [redacted] is not satisfied with the offer that was given. We have a very clear no refund policy. We have held this policy since opening in 1998 and have never experienced an issue with a customer not adhering to, or having issue with the policy. We have two signs posted in...

our store, which reads: "Exchanges Only - Sorry No Refunds", one which is located at the register, where customers check out and sign their credit card receipts, and the second on the back wall behind the cash register. In addition, it is printed on the bottom of every receipt.  We stand behind the offer that was given to Mr. [redacted], and believe that it was a fair.  It is our goal at Jewelfire Diamonds to satisfy every customer.  The majority of sales at our store are custom designed jewelry, which makes it very hard to have a refund policy, therefore, we keep to the same policy for every customer. I have included a photo of the sign located at the register, as well as a copy of the receipt that was provided to Mr. [redacted]. We will stand behind the offer that was provided to Mr. [redacted], and he is welcome to visit any of our three location to redeem the offer.
