I reviewed the video tape of the initial inspection of the
videoThere is no visible evidence of roof damage during the initial
inspectionNot only that, our employee Peyton S*** runs his hand across the
roof as he inspects the roof for damages so, it is clear that the roof was
inspected
on the initial walk around of the vehicle
I reached out to *** *** and let her know my findingsShe
was very reasonable and said that if that’s what I saw on video, then she’s ok
being responsibleShe said she isn’t trying to get over on Enterprise, she
just wanted to make sure she wasn’t being charged for something that was
pre-existingI told her that I completely understood that
*** *** requested a total for the damages and that it if it
was less than $1000, she would like the difference refunded back to herI told
her absolutely, no problemI let her know that I would reach out to our Damage
Recovery Unit and get the exact cost and either myself or someone from DRU
would get back to herI gave her my cell and told her to call me with any

are not going to pursue the customer. We did not explain the damage
evaluator to the customer. Customer is now aware

I have spoken to the customer and his money has been refunded. This is a Houston customer so I have forwarded his information to the executive assistant of the general manager of the Houston group requesting they give him a call.
